“I absolutely love this place! I was so sad that I had to cancel due to the pricing but within the three months you really can see a change in your body. If you can afford it do it! Also Adriana was a favorite instructor!! She really challenges you and gives you a great workout! Her core series was always my favorite part of her class. Side not I contribute club Pilates with helping my tone down and losing 2 inches on my waist. One thing I would suggest is for the intro class to actually do a session because the intro class to me didn't really show what Pilates was about. Like maybe spend 7 minutes explaining the equipment and the remainder of the time doing a short workout so you can fully grasp what Pilates is.“
