Love this place. My husband comes here once a month or so. The customer service is unmatched. A small town vibe with big city value. My husband has a bad neck and chole does an amazing job.
Tommy was extraordinary !! Top of his game; correct pressure, locations of relief, knowledge of root causes of pain and how to relieve. Chloe was good but had cold hands and my wife did not enjoy her massage. My wife is so kind and doesn't want to cause any strife but did admit it wasn't as nice as other locations we've been to. Hotel Effie/Spa la la, Spa at Silver Shells, Emerald Grande, Friends and Family. If it wasn't for Tommy's expertise we wouldn't be coming back.
I came here while on vacation and in the need for relaxation. The Signature Hydrating Massage Body Ritual was what I booked and I highly recommend it. The scrub was wonderful and the smell of the products was heavenly. I left feeling like a whole new person.
