“I signed up for what I was told was a "red light" therapy bed only to find out there were UV lights in it also, which defeated the whole purpose of red light, went home with a sunburn. Switched to sauna red light only. Since the price was way more expensive for the P9s, the young lady said that I could purchase products, but wasn't allowed a refund. Still ended up with a $25 credit. I was ok with that until I used the red light in the sauna, which was worthless/not strong enough, so I decided just to cancel before the 25th of March so that my payment would not roll over into the next month/April. I also used my $25 credit towards a product called Restored and had to pay an additional $33, which was way more than what the product was worth, but chose just to do it anyway to use my $25 and be done. I asked the young lady who had cancelled my membership if she was sure I had cancelled and she said "YES." Should've made her show me the screen before I left, but I trusted her.Yesterday, my credit card was charged $59.97! So, I called and the same young lady that cancelled my membership told me that I didn't cancel it !!! Instead, she gave me several different scenarios of what she thought had transpired...None of them was what actually happened. I tried to explain to her several times that everything she had told me wasn't what had transpired and that I wasn't being ugly, but I had cancelled my membership... Not happy and acting put out, she offered no resolution other to come in and use the services, offer another store credit or freeze my account. In the end, she was disgusted and gestured sarcastically for me to "have a nice day" knowing that she had screwed me over. Now I have no clue what to do...I cant use UV light due to health issues. Nice and clean place, but customer service horrible!As of today 4/5/24 my $60 was refunded. Meg is the one who is always so nice and eager to help and explain everything!!! I wish everyone was like this young lady!! Her knowledge is key to run a successful business!“
