“***UPDATE***The shop called and offered to redo my nails for free. It looks much better now. The flowers are not exact but I'm happy that at least the lines are cleaner. I've had two bad experiences here. The first time I was growing up my nails and wanted to do a very natural look on my natural nails the nail tech just cut them without even asking me and then convinced me to do acrylics and I ended up going way over budget. That being said he did do and okay job. The second time my nail tech did pretty sloppy work and when I asked her to make corrections she wasn't willing. After much hesitation I came back the second day for it to be repainted and the same nail tech again did very sloppy work. It's frustrating because she was satisfied with my nails looking really bad and I had to make a point every time to ask you to fix it. By the end of the experience I decided to just leave because there were too many errors to fix. If you're someone who gets anxious, and doesn't like to be overbearing this is definitely not the place to go because it seems really difficult to get what you want and for the mistakes to be corrected.“

“My husband and I were well over due for a mental health day with 3 littles and the recent crazy holiday season. I found palm tree day spa online with raving reviews and the best of Florida 2023 award and figured we’d try them out even though we were about 40 minutes away. From scheduling by phone with the owner who was super professional, kind and accommodating, to the two ladies up front to check us in, we were already sure we were in the right spot! We had the couples Swedish massage for 60 minutes. We walked in, were taken right to our room. I love how we were in the same room as sometimes it is hard to come by at some salons. The room was clean. The music was at the right level. Our therapists, Keke and Mei, were phenomenal. Keke asked what pressure I wanted, what areas I wanted to focus on and promptly dove in to my knotted up body with her magical skills! My husband went with the hard pressure from Mei and was absolutely relaxed and enjoyed every moment of his massage! I have no bad things to say. We will most certainly be back. We’ve vowed to make this a mandatory expense in our household. Thank you Palm Tree for making our Saturday afternoon pure bliss. “
