“I can’t say enough about Dr Jose Orta and the staff at Total MD in Coral Springs. Dr. Orta’s professionalism is far above most doctors I’ve been to. He’s honest and listens to his patients. I’ve been going to him now for almost 3 months and he’s help me tremendously. His knowledge and expertise has helped me make decisions that were very difficult for me. He’s very patient and understanding explaining everything to me so that I understand exactly what I need to to help make those difficult decisions. “Had to visit Baptist Urgent care last night with an injured finger. Didn't arrive until 8:30 & they closed at 9:00. The staff was amazing. They took their time & made me feel at ease. Dr Pick was the doctor on duty and he was funny, caring and informative. I didn't leave there until 9:30 and they never rushed me.“

“I need to take my 96-year-old mother to an urgent care Center for some swelling in her hand. Yes there was a wait, but that is expected at any doctors office you go to. Each and everyone of the staff were respectful, polite, and delightful! I want to be sure to acknowledge two special people; Annette, one of the nurses, who couldn't have been nicer to my mother. Additionally, Guillermo, one of the physician assistance, was equally kind to my mother. He was so kind in fact that when we admired his Guardian Angel pendant, he took it off and put it around my mother's neck for her to keep! I asked him if he was sure and he said absolutely! My mother who has some dementia, was delighted with this expression of kindness. I was as well. I do recommend this Urgent CareCenter if you need to go. Much better than going to an emergency room unless you have a true emergency!“
