Not the best experience. The only reason I'll go back is because Sang is amazing and took his time when doing my nails and both him and the receptionist were very sweet and understanding. The owner, however was rude.

I have been coming here for years off and on. I used to see Tyler and he was amazing at gel and full sets. Now when Covid hit, mainly all salons have had to increase prices but Universal prices aren't too bad. I haven't been in awhile because I moved across town but now that I'm back in the area, I decided to go today. The wait was long but expected. I got a basic pedicure and it wasn't too bad. I got a gel full set with basic French design, Bella did it. Came out nice. Total was $84 . Will be returning.

I’ve been going to Universal for over 5 years (but the more I think about it I want to say for almost a decade!) I’ve gone through a few techs and finally landed on the one…Hannah ?! She’s amazing! She listens to you and she does fabulous work! There are other great staff there but Hannah’s that girl! So much so that she stays booked so call first!10/10 Highly recommend!
