Educated us on the issue, made the issue he located safe until we figured out how we wanted to move forward and offered a reasonable cost to repair. We hired EMB to fix the issue. I sent Chris pictures of the needed repairs , gave me a fair quote for the job and ordered the parts. Chris came out the following day and completed the job seamlessly . “You know when someone comes over to give you an estimate and that feeling you get as they either “run” or “slip” away - well, I didn’t get that. What I got was answers to my questions from someone who just wanted to make sure “I” was comfortable with my “now investment”.
