I took Cynthia's Soft (hatha) flow class this evening and I loved every minute of it. It was my first time at the Om Joyful studio. It was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. The yoga class was very gentle which is my favorite style of yoga. It gave me the opportunity to self reflect, ground, and stretch. Cynthias direction was great and she had a nice sense of humor. At the beginning of class she shared an essential oil with us. At the end of class she did a sound healing that was amazing in so many ways. I loved this studio, the style of yoga, and the entire experience from start to finish!

Highly recommend this studio! Whether you are a beginner (like me) or been practicing for years, the instructors at Om Joyful Yoga will help you reach your goals. I feel immediately restored mentally, emotionally, and physically every class/workshop. This place is an oasis for your body and soul.

I would highly recommend the Om Joyful Yoga studio in Cooper City, Florida. This was the first time visiting the boutique style studio for the “Relax, Release, Restore” event that was held on October 07, 2022 and I am so delighted that I did. Upon arrival I noticed the beautiful aesthetic and the welcoming environment. Lydia and her guest were amazing, knowledgeable, and respectful – it felt like home.
