I honestly cannot say enough good things about this studio - I drive 30 minutes sometimes both Saturday and Sunday mornings because there is NO other hot yoga studio around that has the beautiful space or amazing teachers that Laurie has created here. I am beyond grateful for it!

Terrific studio and teachers ! I am visiting from out of town and I found the studio owner and the teachers to be so welcoming ! Rooms ere great - classes were perfect. Several different style to choose from - clean, calming and professional . Will come back when I am in town !

Love it! Andre is my favorite instructor, he speaks slowly with a amazing challenging class. Don't like instructors that speaks laud and non stop! Yoga class it is supposed to be relaxing with a calm voice making the class enjoyable and challenging at the same time.Otherwise you end up more stress at the end. Namaste
