I love small businesses. I grew up in a city that had a lot a mom & pop shops. It’s a shame to see major corporations taking over everyday small businesses with people hardly trained to perfect their craft.With that being said Pro Shoe Repair is a small business who’s has perfected their craft. I’ve been meaning to stop by for awhile now, but I do not live in the city. I had to go in town for other business and decided to take my shoes in for repair. My heels were replaced as if they were brand new. I am very grateful and hope this shop survives large cooperation buy outs. Thanks!

The gentleman behind the counter was awesome, recommended heels but would take a day to return. Had to decline, but I know his work, and if I had the time, my boots would have also had heels and a polish. Fabulous work and easy on the wallet too!

I've had shoes worked on here for years but recently made the mistake of trying a place closer to home. Mistake. Always a mirror finish and reasonably priced. You won't go wrong. I think they use the cream polish as well, not the stuff in the tobacco tins.
