“I've been seeing Dr.Glazer for 6 years now and I'm very pleased with her professionalism and friendliness. I'm some what disappointed with what seems like a constant turnover in staff.It appears only a few are long time employees! Staff turnovers seem to cause mistakes and some unfriendlieness.Some of which I've experienced myself! My overall satisfaction with Eye Physicians is very good!“

“I’ve been coming here for 18 years and have had great experiences with Dr. Blackburn, Flo, Noelle and most of the staff. It seems, lately, however, that the front desk staff are less than polite and helpful. I arrived today at 1:45 to see the optician to pick up my glasses after having been told they would be at lunch from 12:30 - 1:30. The woman at the front desk told me that the optician was still at lunch. Okay, that happens. But when I tried to ask her about an ETA , she was rude and dismissive - as if I were annoying her by showing up to pick up over $1,000 in glasses. I got that same vibe the last time I was here as well, but chalked it up to just her just having a busy day or a bad day. My suggestion would be to have people out front who represent the company well. If I were new here and had to base my experience on my last two visits, I would be looking for another practice. However, I reiterate - the doctors and most of the staff are great, it’s just the whole front desk experience.“
