“I have never gotten a tattoo before and I was quite nervous before coming to CT Brows and Lashes but even from over the phone everyone was so welcoming. I called in advance asking if I could come in before vacation and they told me to enjoy my vacation and call when I get back. I felt like I was at home when I got there and everyone was so kind to me. I am a very picky person but everyone was very patient and reassuring with me. I could tell everyone was very informed and I received incredible service. I could not stop looking at myself in the mirror when I left because I was so pleased with the results. Unfortunately, the service did not go as planned but they issued me a full refund. I am a very satisfied customer and I would 100% come back in the future. I cannot recommend CT Brows and Lashes more for the people, the service, and the customer satisfaction guarantee!“
