My X-rays and cleaning are always done professionally and smoothly by Melissa. Today it was no different. Dr. Dolan came in to look at my mouth. We discussed my bridge and Dr. Dolan did some drilling and filling around the bridge. I have been coming to this practice since Dr. Tom opened it in Rocky Hill. I have had a long dental history but I have been blessed with the care I have received here. I also want to thank Diane who has worked in the office for 40 years and is retiring. She has always greeted my family and I with that beautiful smile and caring voice.( As a retired teacher Diane's grade was always an A+.) We all wish her a Very Happy Retirement!!! “I highly recommend Dr. Zdeblick. I was a patient of Dr. Zdeblick a very long time ago when I lived in Southington. I am now back in New Jersey and think of him often. He is by far THE best dentist I have ever gone to. I use to be petrified of going to a dentist and found Dr. Z when I was having major problems with my teeth. He listened to my fears and anxieties and totally desensitized them. I had several appts before work was performed in my mouth which got me use to coming into the office, being prepped and getting use to the smell and sounds of the dental environment. To help with the desensitization Dr. Z was genuinly kind, caring, understanding and concerned about me and my dental health. I never had that trapped feeling of sitting in the dental chair. “I been going to bristol dental associates for 4 years now, and i finally found a dentist i trust with my care and my family dental needs. So professional, love her staff to her front desk to her dental assistants, I was suffering from tooth pain, and i called and made an appointment, unfortuntely they were booked, so i just took the next available that was close to 2 weeks away.I was so appreciative to get a call from her office that they had a cancellation for saturday to fit me in, I took the appointment, with my luck i was on call and my job called me to come in, so i had to call and cancel. Than the office called me a day later to ask how i was feeling regarding my pain, so sweet, and they said they can get me in the next day at 5:45 i jumped and took the appoitment, I was thankful that they cared that much about my teeth pain and they wanted to accomadate me and help me with my pain. I've been to alot dentists, but Dr Butler is in a class all by herself, I highly recommend her and her practice. Thank you Dr Butler and staff!!!“
