Not only is he extremely capable as a trainer, but he is also an incredible guy. I looked forward to every training session we had together, as he is such a pleasure to be around. He has over 15 years of experience in personal training and it certainly shows. His entire staff is a pleasure to work with as well, and they are all kind and genuine people! In four months of strength training with Ben, as well as tracking my food, I lost 18lbs and dropped 7% in body fat. Cannot recommend this facility enough. “Dr. Nicole and her team have changed my life! I worked with her virtually through the TrueCoach app for 1:1 training, the Muscles in Motion Program, and various individual consult calls to work through chronic issues with my ankles and improving overall strength and stability over the past 2 years. What sticks about to me about Body in Motion's approach is that it is holistic - anyone can provide physical therapy advice, but not everyone can effectively connect with their patients, show that they care personally, and motivate people to grow in both physical strength and mental mindset. “Great atmosphere for working out. Everyone who works out here is friendly, and the group setting really motivates you to work hard, without that feeling that everyone is watching you. The trainers and the other people in the class all just want people to do the best they can and get better each time. Would highly recommend to everyone from beginners to those in great shape. He takes a lot interest in developing a workout plan specific to your goals and body type. He’s always changing workouts to keep it challenging, while keeping workouts safe and the body free from injury. He’s also got a great sense of humor and keeps things light, which helps when you are pushing your limits. I really enjoy and appreciate his approach to fitness.“

“YES Fitness is a godsend. I am six months into my first strength-building program, and I am amazed by the changes in my body. My fitness coach meets me where I am at every workout, and since I am a person with Parkinson’s Disease, that can be a challenge. At YES, I always feel supported, but never coddled. I also appreciate the welcoming calm of the fitness studio; the idea of a big open gym with people coming and going always intimidated me. “This is a great clean intimate facility. They have all of the modern equipment that you need to have a successful work out. They have several treadmills, barbells, weightlifting equipment and much more. They even offer personal training and almost 24 hour access to the gym. The only small thing is that the water fountain does not put out enough water to properly fill your bottle. And I don't drink Dasani which was offered from a vending machine. So bring your own water bottles in my opinion. Worth coming to get a nice workout with a large crowd.“
“Training with Jon Camacho at VidaFit is an exercise in increased flexibility, rising endurance and fabulous arms. Oh, and fun! And, the idea that there must be pain is a fallacy. My son and I worked with Jon in the fresh & clean personal training facility in West Hartford. I recommend him. “This is a great gym, although it's not your typical "planet fitness". When I started going to AF I met with a trainer who assessed my needs and tailored a workout specifically for me. Using the app on my phone I can follow the workout plan on my own, but there is almost always a coach on site to help. The gyms I've joined in the past were basically just using the machines and hoping I was doing it right lol. They also try to encourage a sense of community with gym members which is really awesome.“
