Kelly did an amazing job on my partial highlight today. She used a product that prevented my thin hair from breaking and the blond color was exactly what I wished for !! Her experience , patience and kindness far exceeded my expectations ??. I look forward to my next visit with her . The first time I went to The Hair Loft was for a trim. Melissa did a great job with that! She really listened to my concerns about keeping my length and also gave me a lot of helpful tips for my curly hair. Then, I had a wedding to go to on a Sunday. I had no idea that the salon wasn't open, but Laura was willing to come in early enough at 8am to do my hair. I let her know 3 things that were a must and that other than that she could do whatever she wanted with my hair. It turned out beautiful!
