She ended up shampooing and conditioning my hair before my trim. She then gave me suggestions on what I should do but didn't make me feel like I couldn't pick what I wanted to do. We arrived and they immediately started on our nails; Although Google said they were open, their winter hours are different. They were closed and stayed after for us.
