“My mom went to Dr Yoder for years before I did. I was a server/food service for about 10 years and had a pinched muscle in my right hip bone from sitting on my wallet for years and being on my feet. At first the pain didn’t go away, but 4-6 months later I realized one day that it was gone! It hasn’t come back since! I also had a popped rib from an accident years before I had no idea about that she popped back in.Recently I went back for a normal adjustment after a few years (no longer live in CO but was visiting friends) and my knee had been hurting because once again, I was sitting in a way I shouldn’t in my chair, and after just a few hours the pain is gone and hasn’t come back in the few days since!
