Although our family opted to use a facility closer to home, my telephone interaction with Kirsten at Northern Colorado Crematory was above and beyond excellent. Kirsten was kind, compassionate, and exremely informative about everything I wanted to know. There was zero pressure from her, only comfort and care. They are lucky to have Kirsten there.

The staff was very kind, helpful, and respectful. Kirsten explained every process clearly and contacted me in a timely manner when each step was finished. I felt my daughter was in good hands. Even though she passed over the holidays, she was taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend this facility if you are in need.
