“Where do I begin? Sheila and Robert deserve a lot more than 5 stars! I came into her lessons because I was not content with the lessons I was receiving from another barn (nothing against them, I just stalled in my training). I was a new rider at 28, and from day one, Sheila greeted me with a smile and an openness to understand my goals and how she could help me achieve them. Her horses are well-kept, happy, and safe. There is multiple horses for all skill levels, and Sheila will make sure that you feel comfortable, she offers opportunities to progress on new horses when she feels you're ready, and she will also push you to keep progressing! She does this through constant feedback, reassurance when needed, and a calm demeanor. You're never REQUIRED to do anything, but she will ask if you "want to try" this, that, or the other thing. If there is something that you need to keep progressing, she will make it happen. I couldn't imagine ever riding at a different barn!
