“I've been going to this place for years! I will admit their frames are more expensive than places I've been previously but it has been worth it every single time. I'm on my third pair of frames and second order of contacts and still have been thrilled with everything. I just had my annual check up and this place and the staff just makes me feel like I’m visiting my family rather than a Dr. I was pre tested by McKenzie who was very friendly and took her time making sure I was ready for all the tests. I didn’t feel rushed like I have felt at other offices. I was then seen by Dr. Vosseteig who was very good at explaining all of his findings and possible concerns, again I did not feel rushed or like a number.I was then assisted by Audrey the optician who helped me pick out and get fitted with a great set of glasses.The whole visit was very streamlined seamless. Finally I was checked out byJacqueline who was friendly and knowledgeable and Hayley the branch manager.What a great place !!!“
