“After the hottest day of the year, I was needing system maintenance done on our RTU as it could not keep up at our restaurant. I reached out to Kyle yesterday afternoon and he was able to come out first thing today. He and Terry showed up right when they said they would. They were able to go over our unit and see that our issue was not directly related to the RTU and did not try and scam us like many other HVAC companies do with older units. We used another company last year that told us that the unit needed to be replaced, so this was great knowing Kyle is not trying to sell us something we do not need. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new HVAC company due to over charges and false diagnostics.Service: HVAC system repair“

“I had been smelling an odd gas, exhaust, burnt rubbery smell for a while and had a different company out that said everything was fine. After many months of constant headaches and frequent dizziness I decided to give Marky Mark’s a call. They were out within an hour of me calling due to concerns of carbon monoxide. Turns out my furnace had been leaking carbon monoxide this whole time. Marky Marks just happened to be the ones that found it and therefore got my business when they said my furnace was no longer safe to use due to a cracked heat exchanger. They had a new unit for me the next day and did a great job with the installation. I appreciated that they took the time with getting everything up to code. I’m happy to have heat again. I will send everyone I know their way. I highly recommend them.“

They have done a lot of work for my house and rental properties. New kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet, bathroom sink, I even wanted a second outdoor water spigot up on my deck. They were able to install one! It was impressive how they created something from nothing. It’s not like they just replaced an existing thing they had to run pipe, drill holes and add a spigot. It came out great no more having to bend over to walk under my deck to turn on the hose. Highly recommend!“
“Tim is a class act. The shutoff valve in my basement developed a leak and I needed a quick repair. Tim had the water turned off at the street in less than a hour. When he came to do the work he saw that the problem could be easily fixed with an adjustment to the packing nut and had the leak fixed in seconds. To top it off, he didn't charge me a dime despite my offers. Tim is is a professional, honest, hard working guy and I will be recommending him without hesitation to anyone looking for a plumber.
