The plants and dance class lead by Sophia was so fun and the perfect amount of challenging! She has a warm presence that made it easy for us to let go and really get into the dance.
Gene’s Monday yoga classes are both fantastic! He’s so kind and calm. 5:30pm moon salutation (Chandra Namaskar) and 7pm restorative yoga. Good vibes. Also, it’s easy to pay with Venmo.
What a Hidden Gem! This place is so unique, authentic, and aesthetically stunning- I had my first class there today and it was totally magical. My advice is go now before it gets discovered. Loved it, and pictures don’t really represent how incredibly well done it is. They even have a full professional kitchen for events.
