Each of the classes I have attended this first week have been just what I had hoped for and needed, and everyone at the studio is so welcoming. I'm so grateful to find this studio!

I've been attending various classes here since January '24. They have wonderful instructors and a variety of classes, but my favorite class is Yoga Nidra with Michele Theoharris. She's a professional at pulling you into her practice like a deep healing gravity. She also hosts a myriad of sound ceremonies that are worth attending, even if you're not a member and pay the drop-in price.From what I can tell in 6 weeks, the community at Sunny Isle is a strong one, and you begin to gain a sense of that more and more in every class. Amazing atmosphere, teachers and community! I took a yin class with Holly and she offered alternatives and a great tempo for class! Mimi the owner has created a great space and community that feels very welcoming.
