Excellent customer service! We purchased a beautiful front door from West Coast Sash and Door. Unfortunately, through no fault of their own, there were some issues with the hardware. Arlene (owner) and Rick both worked patiently and tirelessly to resolve the issue to our satisfaction. They stand by their products (even though the company that manufactured our door went out of business) and provide excellent customer service. It was a pleasure working with them.
Arlien Plat went out of her way to help. I had purchased Simonton windows from a place that is no longer in business. I needed assistance on a warranty issue. I had purchased the windows prior to orders being kept online. With the limited information I gave her she was able to assist me in getting the order number and my warranty issues resolved. She had spent lot of time on helping me and I would recommend both Simonton and this business.
Recently had to replace our exterior laundry room door. Everyone at West Coast was extremely professional. Service team members were on time and very detail oriented. Highly recommend.
