It is difficult to communicate with the local servicers for Terminix. You have to go through the national phone system. They ended up doing what they said they would do. They recognized that we were not cognizant of what the potential in the future was. We thought we were buying protection against termites. Not realizing that there's more than one kind of threat. I worry about my home. My husband and I are in our 80s and we'd like to stay here. I wonder daily if we're being undermined by these nasty little critters. May God protect us. Terminix is the best value for pest control. Cody, in particular was an amazing inspector. Though it was late when he was finished he never made us feel like he had to hurry. Incredible customer service.Service: General pest inspection
