(Update: 7 months after my first and only visit)Seeing Kristofer Young DC was my greatest health mistake of 2021.I showed up with no back pain. Still, he performed unnecessary and intense pelvis and spinal "adjustments" that resulted in 4 months of back and hip agony. My back was spasming so badly that I could not do physical therapy or yoga for 4 months.The past 3 months have still been bad. I cannot sit for more than a few minutes at a time without moderate-to-severe pain (I am almost always standing unless I am sleeping).
