“I've been taking both prenatal yoga and Aqua Mamas classes with Georgina at Two Hearts Yoga since around 14 weeks of this pregnancy. I absolutely love how Georgina runs her prenatal yoga classes. Her flows and poses feel safe and supportive for our growing bodies and babies, but they aren't overly easy and still feel challenging. She encourages you to modify depending on how you feel and I always leave class feeling strong and empowered - exactly what I want and need as I prepare for this birth. The Aqua Mamas classes are just heavenly. They take place in a heated pool in an oasis that is her back yard. We use pool "weights", bands, and noodles during class. Similar to her yoga classes there is room for you to modify and get a good workout or take it easy and just enjoy stretching and being buoyant in the water. Class sizes are intimate and on the smaller side. It's a treasure to be surrounded by other pregnant women sharing stories, milestones, or just our latest aches and pains! I'm in my 39th week now - still taking yoga at Two Hearts and still feeling great. I attribute that to moving, stretching, and feeding off of the strong feminine energy that permeates her classes.“

“I LOVE this workout studio. I have tried many many different workout classes around town, and soulpump is the only place where I am not watching the clock and counting down the minutes 'till its over! The classes are fun and challenging, and Andy, the owner will work with you and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and with good form. And, she actually schedules into the class time to properly stretch after the workout, which very few other class seem to do. The class is a unique mix of TRX, lightweights, cardio, kettle bells, resistance bands, movement, stretching, and a really cool yoga wall. They also offer pre-natal classes and mommy & me workout classes.“
“Leo Zen has changed my body & mind. Leo is an amazing teacher and person and I am so lucky to have found him. He has helped my body become longer, leaner and thinner . He does ballet and yoga but really makes a routine that fits your body based on your needs. Every time I leave Leo I feel lighter and so much more happier than when I walked in. He is a special teacher and motivates you to change your body and mind. I have tried every workout in LA and this is by far the most effective and enjoyable. “Over the years I've attended Guy's Soundbath and Breathwork sessions at various LA locations. He had to stop due to the pandemic. My daughter and I miss in-person sessions. For Breathwork Guy brought a second person to carefully monitor attendees with him. After every session, we left refreshed mentally and physically. We're hoping Guy can return to offering in-person sessions when the pandemic is over.“
