Karen is the best... Professional and an expert stylist ... but the best part is that she listens! I trust her implicitly and so must everyone else because she's always booked. Good for her! I have been going to Karen for YEARS! I followed her through four different salons. She's great, thoughtful and considerate. When I transitioned from long to super short hair, Karen sat down and discussed this with me since I never blow dried my hair or used hair products. She has been an amazing stylist and I trust her implicitly. I always get compliments on my hair after she cuts it. Thank you, Karen, you are the best!

Oh my gosh I'm riding high off of my haircut from Karen, no joke! She cut my hair regularly years ago, I lost and then re-found her, and thank goodness I did! I have that kind of annoying thinner wavy curly hair, and I'm telling you I've never received more compliments than when she was cutting it back then. This space is so cute and cozy and clean, parking was a breeze, and I'm so so happy with my shaggy curly cut, especially the bangs. If you're looking for a no b******* badass who knows her way around a curl pattern, RUN don't walk to see Karen at Speck!
