Everyone from the receptionists, to the owner, to the nurse who does my laser (Bianey) are SUPER nice and friendly. I would rate them a 15 for customer service on a 1-10 scale! “If you guys are wondering where to get your hair done I definitely recommend coming here! Both Sergio and his sister are amazing at their jobs, however I have been working with Sergio the most. I told him I wanted to go platinum blonde and what I loved about him is that he did not bs me and tell me we can do it right away. He actually cares about your hair, these are my progress pictures over the course of a couple months my natural hair is brown the second pic (in the bikini) was after my first time of lightening my hair the third picture is after my second time and the last picture is after the fourth time. My hair is still SO healthy and yes I know this isn't platinum but as you can tell we have been gradually going lighter.
