This place is still awesome but to the customers who come in, when you bring your kids and they are loudly playing games with the volume up, you kinda ruin the self care time for the rest of us.

Love this shop! The parking was easy and the shop was super clean and spacious. The customer service is really good and everyone is so sweet, they offer complimentary drinks. I really appreciate how much time they put into my shape and they make sure I'm happy with the results. My set was so beautifully done and there were plenty of colors to choose from and I noticed they used high quality nail supplies

Wowie wow wow!!!! Q Nails has gone through a renovation and it is so spa like! My friends and I made an appointment for 10 AM today, the four of us got shellac gel pedicures. I was a little concerned because at other nail salons when I've made appointments and management did not acknowledge them and I've ended up waiting 10 to 20 minutes at other salons. The four of us started our pedicure on time with no waiting. It was so nice and it felt like atrue spa experience. The price does reflect as I got a gel pedicure with a flower design on two toes and a 15 minute massage for $91. I would pay that price again every 4 to 6 weeks because of the true spa experience, the quality of the artistic design and the vibe and service. I gave five stars and the only constructive criticism I can give. Is that the free drinks that you get it would be nice if they were a full can of Diet Coke or even a mini can of Diet Coke versus a water cup filled with Diet Coke. I will be the receptionist as well and the facilities were clean!
