Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. The staff will try to match you with the right person depending on your needs and preferences. Don't get stuck in a membership unless you are available to go in often.

I have been a member of the Santee Massage Envy for years now. I've had good experiences and some not so great experiences. It just depends on the therapist that you get. I have had some exceptional therapists (Karlie, Jenny B, Heather and now Jenny Z). Some others I wouldn't necessarily rebook with. Steven does my facials and he is FANTASTIC. The 4 star rating is simply because if you don't get the right person, you may not get the best massage.

I am really surprised by the rating on this spot. I had a wonderful experience. I called yesterday and was able to get in last minute, which was not expected but greatly appreciated. The ease of making my appointment was so smooth. When I arrived, Calli was very helpful in explaining everything and giving me the forms. I waited in the Serenity Room until Fidel was ready for me. My massage was excellent. One of the best I have ever had. He was very respectful and had great technique. My experience was so pleasant that I signed up for the Wellness Membership. This Santee location is a bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it for such a great experience.
