“If you want simplicity, ToanVen Photography is the right place for you.I found Toan when I was looking for a photographer to do my daughter's photoshoot for modeling. Because of his excellent work, I knew I had found the photographer who would do my wedding if I ever got married. After getting engaged and planning the date, I contacted him immediately and booked him seven months in advance. I asked him for the best package, and he delivered exactly what I needed. From engagement photos to the wedding photos, everything was just perfect. Taon worked smoothly with our schedules and planned engagement for three locations in SFO. It was cold and windy, but he found the best spot for us to get the best shots. He helped suggest the best photoshoot location and was very helpful to me through it all. On our wedding day, him and his team worked cordially with my videographers to ensure everything went as he planned. He was punctual, honest, and straightforward with communication. After the wedding, we got the big album, an SD card with all the photos, including engagement, and a 32" X 40 canvas. I am beyond impressed with everything he did for us. “Lien obviously loves her profession, and she's really good at it! I've used her twice now. She's not cheap, but she does take her time on makeup. She's not only good at it, but she's a perfectionist and wants things just right. She listens to what you want, and can also make suggestions. I will share that last time she accepted a client to see after me while I was in the chair, and we ended up rushing my hair...I felt nervous and was worried my hair would look rushed. It was rushed, but it turned out ok in the end. Luckily, I have short hair that didn't need much time. Also, both times I've seen her, we've estimated two hours, but have taken longer (she wants to get the makeup perfect!), so perhaps don't schedule right up against your event in case she runs long. Overall, I recommend her and will go back!“

“We used Photoworks for a recent company event. Paul was communicative and friendly and there were no issues with arriving on time at our San Francisco location. We used another vendor for a previous event and those photos came out small and blurry. Photoworks clearly offers a higher quality photo. Additionally, our event was on a Saturday evening and by the following Monday morning, Paul had already emailed us all of the digital prints. Each person also got a paper hardcopy of the photo at the event in real time. We had access to the photobooth for a 4-hour block of time which was plenty for our small group of 40 people. Paul also comes ready with the backdrop and a variety of silly props. You won't need to bring or prepare anything - he brings it all. We will definitely use Photoworks again in the future!“

Our wedding photos were an absolute disaster (different photographer) so for our one year anniversary we decided to do another shoot with Aaron and so happy that we did. “I have done 3 sessions with Michelle through my girls’ 3 years and every single session was wonderful for different reasons! The very first session was a newborn session and she made my husband and I feel so comfortable despite showing up with 6 week old twins and not knowing how it would go!! She worked quickly and strategically to get a variety of shots for both babies and really took her time to get everything she knew we would want in a photo. Our second session was a sitter session and one of the twins cried almost the entire time!! I thought there wouldn’t be a single good photo of that twin but because of Michelle’s creativity and perseverance to get the shot, I was blown away at the photo review session with the sweet photos of my sad baby who magically wasn’t sad!! Michelle continued to show how extremely talented she is when she tackled a full family photo session complete with dog in the woods! The photos look like it was a blast in the woods but it definitely took some work to get them. As usual Michelle took her time, took advantage of the happy moments and got creative with the bad ones to get gorgeous shots! “I've now been to Sophia for hair cuts 3 times, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've always hated how frizzy my hair is, and felt like I needed to weigh it down with oils to get anywhere. Other curly salons also only recommend their own products, and as I'm sensitive to fragrance, I'm unable to use any of them :(Sophia has spent hours now giving me great advice, and going beyond the call of duty by making sure that she only sticks to non-fragranced products! My hair feels completely transformed, and my curls are so bouncy, even 6+ months after a cut. Even my scalp health has been improved with the advice Sophia gave!I especially am very nervous with haircuts as I've had some very bad experiences in the past with family and my hair.
