Juan assessed the leak in the water supply line to the toilet and fixed it easily. After turning off the water to the house, he noticed the PRV was old and not up to code and suggested installing a new one. So glad we took his advice as the water pressure in our house is so much better!I will definitely use Caccia again!“

“So I have used this company at least 4 times now, maybe 5. I have an older building and the tenants can be very rough. Augered out a plugged drain and also diagnosed a failing gasket. Thankfully the technician had the gasket in his truck (even though I have a Toto which isn't all the common). All done in one hour. Fair pricing and great communication. They are in my speed dial. “i manage a property in Oakland and we've been using Backflow Pros for awhile as the property opened in 2006. i've only been at the property for almost 2 years, but this year would be the 2nd year working with Tom personally. last year we ended up having to break a lock for the valve because we couldn't find the original key (great, right?), and the technician that was dispatched was kind enough to let us have an extra lock he had in his truck. he's reliable, techs are always on time when it's time for Backflow Testing. price is VERY reasonable compared to other competitors. you can trust Tom and his staff to do the job and they're very honest. 10/10 from Lincoln Court and their staff!“
