I started going to Emily's class on Mondays, and I have to say she is the bright spot on my day. Mondays are always a little stressful being the first day back from the weekend, and the 5:30pm class is just perfect. Emily has a calming voice and demeanor and is a good balance of helping when you need it but letting you go at your own pace when you can't keep up. She also always shares a little piece of wisdom during class, and I appreciate her thoughtfulness.

Brad guided us in a lovely Yin & Restorative class which ticked all the boxes for me: he emphasized listening to our bodies and where they are today, while still allowing us to go as deep as we wanted. He was great with respectful personal guidance, as well. It’s been years since my last yoga class, and even longer since my last yin class, and it was good to come back to the mat.

Purusha is amazing. Everyone who works here is kind and personable. The classes are exciting and there is something to cater to any yogis’ needs. There truly is something for everyone. It’s so nice to have such a neighborhood friendly yoga studio in the Richmond. Everyone is always welcomed and the classes range from spicy to extremely nourishing. I am always satisfied and grateful after completing my practice here. Much love to Purusha <3
