“I can't say enough about the quality of their product, and their service. I got my roman shades from them over 20 years ago. Aside from a little dust, it still looks new!Recently however, there was a fault with one of the pulleys, such that the mechanism wouldn't work if I wanted to pull the shades up. I called them up, they found my order from 2 decades ago, then soon sent someone out to replace the faulty part. Peggy and Ed were awesome to work with. “In the interests of full disclosure, I'm not a big fan of YELP, this is my first review, but if it helps someone to finally get the remodel they've been dreaming about, I'll be happly. My wife and I were just commenting that it has been a year since we started our kitchen and bath remodel. We had talked about it for years, but never quite got around to actually doing anything about. We "interviewed" several contractors before finally going with Ross. It was a great decision. Our remodel came in on time, on budget and we love it. If you are putting off a remodel because of the aggravation, hassle or if you are like me the intimidation of choosing from bath fixtures that cost more than my first car, this is the place to go.“

“Friends, we just wrapped up a 6 month project with AAA. The pictures are what really does this work justice, but I can say that AAA far exceeded expectations. We did a kitchen/living room remodel which included removing two walls and adding a 16' new sliding door and a new deck. Toward the end of the project we expanded scope to include a new roof and new siding and exterior painting. They seamlessly provided this extra work. We lived in the house during the construction and worked from home while the crew transformed our home. Andrey got us going and Art and Alex were our main contacts during the project. I enjoyed working with Alex. He has the best "no problem" approach and when we hit a design issue with our deck, he had a great idea of how to rework the stairs and we went with that approach. They also recommended a great architect, window company and other items. Every inspection passed. They responded quickly to my concerns. I will definitely have them come back and do our bathrooms. “My wife and I had just bought a brand-new high-rise condo in Mira, and wanted to get all brand new furniture and start fresh. We had an amazing experience working with Jeni, Yanli, and team on the interior design and picking out the furniture for our place.We are really happy with the results, and appreciated the professionalism and patience for the year that they worked with us. They helped custom design our couch, dining room banquette, and bedroom headboard+bench+closet mill working. Great communication, follow thru, persnickety about the details, and she will take as much responsibility as you are willing to give her! In some ways, I was not the easiest client. It was my DAD’s condo, and after his passing we had to sell.I am the oldest child and was the “Managing Trustee.” I had so many things to do besides dealing with the condo, and I live in So Cal. The condo was in PacificHeights, a competitive and desirable market. I grew up in a very design orientedenvironment, and I am sure Priscilla had few clients fussing about the direction and the furniture. We had a great working relationship, mostly on the phone with lots of pictures going back and forth. It took me some time to let go, but eventually I realized she totally got my taste, and I that I did not know verymuch about interior decorating and staging. “We worked with Zeus Remodeling for a project that amounted to a whole-house remodel (with landscaping) and were very satisfied with both the process and the end product. At the start of the project we set out to find a 'one stop shop' in that we were focused specifically on Design-Build firms who would help plan a vision and then execute to it. While my partner and I have strong aesthetic opinions neither of us are particularly creative and we were seeking a firm that could come in and present us with options that we could iterate on. Thankfully this turned out to be a strong match to Paul's artistic sensibilities. We interviewed several other firms through this process but none of them inspired the level of confidence or empathy in terms of what we were looking for. I should also call out Paul's skills in sketching as a tremendous tool in pre-visualizing options as we were discussing layouts or alternative designsAn adjustment going into the process that led to a better outcome was recognizing that the project would evolve along the way. That can feel a little daunting going into a project of this magnitude but being prepared to adjust designs as new options presented themselves and being opportunistic worked out very well for us with the final result. While I suspect that some firms come with an attitude of 'give the client what they want but no more' in preservation of their margins I felt that Paul was constantly providing useful ideas and feedback - he was easily as invested in the project as we were and we benefited significantly in terms of the end result. Designs are nothing without execution however and I'm pleased to say that both Paul's subcontractors and the various vendors that he leveraged are true craftsmen. Clean lines throughout. Well fitted fixtures. As a tech/AV nerd who insisted on incorporating Cat8 wiring to every room and Dolby 7.1 Atmos Sound systems into several rooms I was encouraged that Paul's team were able to accommodate all the wiring requirements to specs that I provided. His team were even able to customize framing to accommodate built in wall speakers and other unreasonable requests. It's tempting to offer advice to others here because obviously we learned so much through the process. The one counterintuitive thing I will share, which Paul obviously knew but we learned by experience is that it's necessary to take your time getting to done. Moving back into the house post-remodel there are necessary adjustments to the work that only become apparent once you start to live there. Paul's team was very responsive in the months following the bulk of the project as needs arose and we felt supported working through the remaining small issues that came up.Would recommend to anyone seeking to take on a project like this, you'll be in good hands.“
