Rudy Torress was super responsive when I contacted him. He was able to fit me into his schedule (on a Saturday!) the following day and was very professional when explaining the treatment provided. I'm editing this post to show Rudy continues to go above and beyond to come to my house due to pest issues. He was super responsive and was able to fit me into his weekend schedule... AGAIN! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
My wife and I were very happy with our tenting experience. We were given clear instructions as to how to prepare our home for the fumigation. The team listened to our concerns, especially concerning a family tree we wished to preserve. The whole team was professional and attentive. Our home was left in good order.The construction team came in and fixed our damaged balcony and our front porch atrium. They look great and should last many years to come.
Jessie is an excellent inspector: highly skilled, professional, and extremely personable — a truly sparkling personality. She performed her duties skillfully and thoroughly, provided great education, and set up a perfect plan to protect our home. I will be specifically requesting her for future inspections — she’s the best!
