After being stood up by a seller on FB marketplace, Eli and James saved me. Eli was polite and helpful on the phone and had the washer/dryer I was searching for. They were able to deliver and install same day. James, the technician, had to take the door off my gate to get the appliances in and was ready to go the extra mile as part of the installation service. These days, some businesses don't seem to care that you are paying them for products/services. Eli treats you like they appreciate your business, which I am grateful for. They have free delivery, installation and haul away as well as a one year guarantee, which is pretty great for the used appliances I purchased. I might have paid a little more than on FB marketplace but you get what you pay for and I am glad I found this place. It was better to deal with a reputable business for the great machines, peace of mind, and standing behind what they sell.

Very responsive to make the sale and quick delivery. Poor response if you have any issues with the product with little/no desire to remedy. Washing machine purchase has quit working about 6 months in. Do not recommend.

Impressed by their wide range of options in their showroom! As a corporate office, time is of the essence -- the staff here worked with our schedule to ensure the appliances we purchased arrived and were installed in the same-day, without any disruptions. They were professional, and efficient!
