I would avoid using this company. They contract with American Home Service. I put in for my dishwasher to be serviced as it was not draining and kept stopping with error code 03. Request was entered in December. They sent one technician out twice who said nothing wrong in his report. Still have a dishwasher full of water. The third technician said the drain pump needed to be replaced and indicated he would put in the service request. Axis then closed the case noting no issue found. Still dishwasher full of water. It is now February and still not solution. They do not answer phone and will only communicate by text message. Terrible service. I have asked AHS to send a technician from another vendor. Very bad experience with this company.
Terrible experience. Have scheduled a tech to come here to look at it two appliances and no one showed up at the scheduled time. Tried calling them three times and all they told me is the tech isn’t picking up and asked to reschedule me to another date. So I did that and still didn’t show up at the scheduled date and time. Terrible experience - poor quality and unreliable service! After fixing our microwave only partially (it still has a very dim, almost unreadable display, see the attached picture), Axis said there is nothing else they can do and reported to our insurance company thatand that this defect is "cosmetic". Based on that report, First American Home Warranty Company declined coverage. The service is very slow (we were without a microwave for almost a month), their technicians wouldn't show up on the dates they promised without providing any explanations.Service: Microwave repair
