“Doctor is patient and gentle. Very easy to talk to, and took his time with each of my dogs. Never rushed them and was very considerate of their autonomy. There was no pushing for unnecessary testing or procedures. One of my dogs needed a blood test and they processed the results right then and there. I waited less than 15 mins in the room for results. Doctor went over the results in the same appointment. I was very impressed with that quick turnaround. We are happy new patients of this practice!“

“We made the difficult decision to put our labradoodle to sleep. We called Restful Paws and they were able to get us an appointment with Karen the next day. It was nice to have one more night with our dog. The entire process was seamless from the very caring person on the phone to book the appointment to Karen's kindness. Karen explained everything as she was doing it, gave us the time and space we needed, and made the whole process as good as it can be. We were extremely impressed with how much detail and thought they put into the process. They had her name ready to imprint in a paw keepsake and when we brought her out to the car it was like her own little chariot with her name on a nice sign. The whole car was ready for her. Karen also tucked her in very nicely on the stretcher. They followed up with us and Karen sent a hand written note as well. Everything was perfect.“

I really felt comfortable knowing he wasn't trying to force treatments or procedures that other veterinary clinics have done for wellness services upon us. “I live in Brentwood and used to take my passed bulldogs here for all their checkups and emergency issues. After couple of years, a kitty showed up at our house and hoping to find vet nearby. There were some nicely reviewed high-tech pet hospitals by my neighborhood but I'm glad they are either closed or have a long wait time for new clients. Even though they only open every Thursday part time hrs, I was able to get an appointment to take my kitty for vaccination and checkup right away like the next week. The visit was easy as always. Highly recommend it!“

“Dr. Recinos and the techs are awesome. My dog has had a couple teeth extractions, checkups, allergy shots and vaccines there, and Dr. Recinos is always very knowledgeable and takes his time to listen. The front desk staff is also helpful and accommodating. They also have extended hours and open weekends which is great. I highly recommend them if searching for a good vet in the area.“

“Great veterinarians. The Dr.'s are all nice and care about my dogs health and happiness while we're there. The receptionists are very friendly and always give my dog attention, plus they're good with keeping animals separate if they're not good with other animals. The vet techs always take good care of her and she comes out happy. We go in often for anal gland issues...one tech keeps her happy on the front end while another does the dirty work. They always let me know how it went which I appreciate. I took her in for a bump removal surgery once and they have a separate room for the dog to recover in, not a crate. Plus there's a parking lot!Thanks for taking such good care of Lulu and making her feel loved while we're there.“

“This vet offers low-cost, spay, neuter and in a timely fashion. A close friend of mine has recommended this to me and she has taken over 30 animals to them ( for spay neuter ) without any hitch. I recommended them to a friend who had taken in a stray. I've just taken in a couple kitties that are stray (all spay neuter).. I do recommend them for spay neuter. When you do rescue it means everything.“
