“We recently bought a home in Oxnard...at Oxnard Shores MHP. Alfa Roofing installed a new roof on our home before we owned it, in October of 2021. With all the recent rain there was an issue. I wasn't even sure if it was a roofing issue but I called Alfa about the warranty. Eddie came out that day, even though with all this rain, roofers are really busy. We inspected the situation. Determined what the problem was and although not specifically a roofing problem Eddie said he'd seal it anyway. At no charge to me. He even pointed out some other possible problems with the home totally unrelated to roofing...but rather a new window that was recently installed but insufficiently sealedI was so pleased by his professionalism...he was prompt, courteous, and went beyond what would reasonably be expected.
