“My son's provider moved so we had to find a new one and we decided to go with Dr. Deforest. I was hoping this clinic would be as nice as our previous one and they did not disappoint! Everyone was so kind and sweet, from the Ladies that did his initial exam, Janet and Mayra to Dr. Deforest. The Provider was not only very kind but knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand what was happening to my son and she treated my son in a way that made him feel safe. I'm very happy to have found a new clinic my son is happy to go to! Thank you ladies.“

“I'm leaving this review because I was in a dire situation, needing a catheter to void my bladder because I am a L-1 spinal cord injury and I had left my backpack with all my medical supplies 2 hours away at home. I went to 5 other urgent cares and even several hospitals with ER's and no one would provide a simple catheter to me. It's not like I was asking for medication. Others wanted to check me in, sit and wait to be seen by a doctor. It was sad to say the least. So disappointing that these other facilties couldn't just provide that for me in great need. From the grace of God and caring of this urgent care they provided one for me! I was able to the bathroom and stay in Oxnard to watch my son play his club soccer game. Still a long drive back home but that was all I needed to enjoy the day. Thank you very much for your compassion for people in need and overlooking all the bureaucracy that prevent care for the simplest of need. Peace be with you!“
