“Ok. I've had time to reflect on this and I left a $300 tip on a $400 tattoo assuming I would also be investing into the most basic of design into my following tattoo. No response to emails and they expected to free style an intricate followup tattoo. I suppose once you are considered a client, they put minimal effort into design. If you are looking for someone simple and have an immense amount of trust, then this place is for you. But, this isn't standard practice and while I love my first tattoo, I went elsewhere for future ones.“

She's super professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to all details throughout the process. Her hand is gentle which helps make sessions feel super easy to sit through. “I got my most recent piece done here by a former artist by the name of Brittany and honestly, the experience was great. She did a great job visualizing my piece while adding her own flare to it. My friend also came and decided to get a tattoo on the spot, and she had no problem with accommodating! There’s a dope lounging area you can chill in while waiting as well. Tattoo area was very neat, and I love how each artist displays their name on a street sign! The owner is very talented as well. Definitely hoping to get my next piece here before leaving the bay!“
