“This vet office and practice is THE BEST!!!! Caring, loving, compassionate, capable, professional, friendly and highly skilled. My family started with Dr. James Sharp when I was a child, way before he opened his own practice, then we followed him to his current location and have been happily with them all these years and through many a pet. Melanie, Maria and both Dr Sharps have always treated us like family. I would not, and have not ever taken my animals anywhere else. I am 65 years old now and have been and still am a loyal and devoted client.“

“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!“

“The vet techs are sweet, and the doctor is really kind. I’ve had to go to them twice now, once for when my dog was attacked and had to undergo surgery that same day. They were communicative and kind.Then, when my dog had what I thought was an eye infection, they figured out it was a thorn inside of her eye, and helped me to get an appointment with a specialist that same day.“

“We had a really great experience here and are very thankful. We had recently adopted a (very friendly) stray who had been on our street for a few months. He got in a bad fight and had an infection. We rushed him to Sherman Oaks Vet Group and they were able to get him in right away. Dr. Goss did a lot of work on him including a neuter. They cleaned him up with a cute lion cut. He is feeling much better and on the road to recovery. Dr. Goss is so good with pets and the owners. We are so grateful and our kitty thanks you! He is full-time indoor now and so happy and safe.“

“I had to say goodbye to my beautiful dog Jasper this week, at the age of 16 1/2. And I'm heartbroken. But I wanted to take the time to write this review of Dr. A and all the people at Balboa Veterinary Medical Ctr. Dr. A. gave Jasper an extra year and a half of good quality life that we didn't think he'd get. We almost lost him at age 15 and Dr. A saved his life by correctly diagnosing a problem we didn't know he had, and getting him on a medication that got him walking again. Every time we went there, the women in the front of the office always treated him with care and kindness, and Dr. A was always responsive to questions that came up. I live a 20 minute drive from this office, but decided to come here instead of a closer vet for the past few years. It started with an emergency where we couldn't get in at any closer vet clinic, and I was so happy with the treatment we got there, that I continued to use Dr. A as our vet from that point on.“

“I have been coming here for over 7 years, with a total of 6 different senior dogs over the years, since their old location. Dr Chung and Dr H are amazing, the whole team really is! They provide next level pet care at more affordable prices. Dr H's expertise led to efficient testing and diagnosis of Lymphoma is one of my fur babies this month and, upon my consent, they promptly ordered the chemotherapy, antibiotics, and steroids my baby needed rather than us going to a specialist which we simply cannot afford at this time. They have treated a number of conditions with my animals over the years. In fact, I found Dr Chung all those years ago when I had a senior rescue with a bleeding problem. 3 vets recommended putting the dog to sleep, Dr Chung immediately diagnosed her with a condition, put her on a medication, and it resolved the problem. That pet had over 3 happy years with us after that before passing from natural causes. They should recieve awards, truly the best care is at Little Tokyo Pet Clinic.“

“Had a great experience with this clinic when moving abroad with my cats.They did all the health checks and vaccinations for me and prepared all the paperwork I needed to move to Germany with them.They always double checked all info with me and overnighted the health certificates to me well in time before my flight.“

“We came here on the recommendation of our friend when we were looking for a new vet for our adult cat. We had previously used a large facility that while they were professional and attentive, their prices kept going up and we felt we should look for a more personal approach to our cat's care.Bastet is a cat only facility. They have two cat greeters named Oliver & Gizmo, who are amazingly sweet and make each visit a treasure. The humans aren't bad either! The techs and Dr. Sam remember who we are and who our cat is when we walk in the door, asking how she is doing and remember her past treatments without having to look us up in the system. They are very accommodating to our care needs and schedule. Every treatment plan is given an option, there are no surprise costs, everything is discussed openly with you and you can say no without fear of judgement or refusal of future treatment.Our cat had to have oral surgery which necessitated an unexpected overnight stay as the doctor wanted to be able to monitor her coming out of anesthesia. They did not charge us for the overnight (something that would be VERY expensive at our previous vet), and even allowed us to pick her up on a Sunday, when they would normally be closed.The only downside of Bastet is that we cannot take Oliver and Gizmo home with us!“
