They were willing to listen to me, carefully examine my dog, and patiently answer my questions and explain her health. Roberta the vet tech is very helpful and engaging, and Dr. Dau was very present and focused during the exam. Today was a visit for dental cleaning and x-rays—all went well. They understood that leaving your dog for a treatment involving anesthesia raises some questions, and Edwin was quite willing to proactively tell me about the procedure, taking time to answer all my questions. The cleaning was very detailed with complete set of x-rays. Edwin called the next day to check how my dog was doing. The front desk team is always very helpful, informative, friendly and efficient from appointment, to check-in, to final billing and payment—Amber is always patient with questions and procedures. The reset of the team in the treatment areas is always very kind and caring with my dog.“
