I have been getting my haircut here for over 15 years. Once Kim Cuts your hair you can't go anywhere else. Her attention to detail is second to none. My son's feel the same way. My haircut is always perfect. The salon is roomy and spotless and the bathroom is also. If you're lucky Kim's granddaughter may make a rare appearance .she's the sweetest little kid I get a kick out of her.
Maria is wonderful! She gave me exactly the haircut that I was hoping for, even though no other hairdresser had in the past. She keeps a clean work environment and is covid safe.

I called a a few different electricians and Brian luckily picked up the phone and communicated with me, and I'm glad he did. I needed some info and help with a new washer/dryer unit and know nothing about electricity and do not want to get zapped haha so I got some help from him. He came by the house and inspected the area and gave me an estimate etc. Very straight forward and informational so I appreciate that. He needed up doing the work himself since I just needed a new dryer outlet and he gave me a fair price for the research and time he put into helping me Glad to know a reliable electrician now if I need anything in the future, he mentioned that Zelle is the preferred payment!Thank you Brian
Couldn't have asked for better service! Cody gave his all in installing a badly-needed wall heater. He made very, very sure everything was installed properly, checked a possible vent issue. Replaced a cap on the outside vent, tightened it down, then sealed around the area to help prevent water intrusion into the attic spaces. He thoroughly checked the heater's output, made adjustments as needed to ensure as close to zero carbon monoxide as possible. Would be very happy to have this company do more work in the future.

His availability, reliability, and communication skills make it super easy to work with him. The level of quality of the work is superior, and we found his rates represent excellent value.Here are some of the projects he's done for us:- Air filter replacement - Smoke and CO2 alarm battery replacement - Light fixture installations - Ceiling fan installation (We have really high ceilings)The high quality of the work was impressive. The ceiling fan in particular showed meticulous attention to details. When we realized we had the wrong wall switch for a ceiling fan, he went to purchase the right one for us so he could finish the job before he left. Beyond happy!
I went to Dr. Brown before I moved away last year, she was great. The office setup was funky, it must be an old bank since there is a big open vault in the middle. Anyway, Dr. Brown was very considerate, and took me seriously. She was also very kind to her employee.

I went to this hair salon for the first time today, and Tracy did an amazing job! Her mom was Gail who started this business and now Tracy owns it. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and to match the color for my root touch up. She was not rushed and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely be going back. This was the best hot stone massage I’ve ever had. Monica used some techniques with the hot stones that I’ve never had before and it felt amazing. The facial was also the best I’ve ever had. Teresa tailored the facial for my skin and it not only felt great but my skin was visibly glowing for a good 2 days after. Teresa recommended some products for my mom and I and we are both glad we bought them. The cleanser, exfoliate, and serum is my new daily (weekly for exfoliate) routine and my skin is looking more clear and soft. Teresa is passionate about being an esthetician and it really shows in her work and in her spirit. I’m really happy with my decision to go with Touch of TLC during my visit to Marina.
Could you find a friendlier doctor or staff? Absolutely not! I came in in excruciating pain. I could only stand or sit for a few minutes at a time, and that was with severe discomfort. After an examination and x-rays, Dr. King explained everything in laymen’s terms, showing the different issues that were all coming together to orchestrate the painful symphony playing throughout my spine, hips, and left leg. Dr. King explained that my condition wasn’t a quick fix, but if I followed his advice and stuck to the plane, TIME would be on my side. Dr. King began working on my neck and mid-spine the first day using cutting edge technology ñ. The same technology is used in the NFL currently. It is pain free and doesn’t involve the expected crunches and pops associated with most of the treatments I have received in my lifetime. That’s not to say he didn’t eventually adjust me ‘manually’(magnificently, might I add!) but for those afraid of the gnarly twists and cracks, Dr. King does have this alternative stress free method.Dr. King couldn’t have been more accommodating, supportive, and informative than he was. Three days after starting treatment I was 90% pain free. Five days later, the pain is a ghost that will haunt me to get into better shape to prevent this from happening again.Regardless, De. King has made me a lifelong fan and client. In a day and age where good bedside manner is hard to find, Dr. King offers it wholesale, as do his staff.Oh; and the answer to question #1? Was in town from Vegas and needed a pedicure… every place turned me down but I was a walk in at Luxury and they accommodated me within the time frame needed. My mom and I enjoyed a wonderful experience here.

I woke up and decided to get a tattoo today in honor of my cousin who passed away last year. I called the store and Eddie picked up. He accepted my walk in within an hour. I got a small quote on my wrist for $140. He was very precise when placing it and sweet for checking in on me every time it would bite. Dr. Bockenstedt has been my regular eye doctor for the last 15 years and Dr. Flicker for even longer. When I heard that Dr. Bockenstedt would longer be in the Salinas Office. I started having my appointments in Marina. It is hard to give up a doctor patient relationship when they know your eye history. The staff assistant that helped fit the preliminary exam was courteous and respectful. She answered basic questions and looked up information as needed. The staff assistant that helped me with my new eye glass order was through and made some great suggestions.
I enjoy my massages with Annie. The hot rocks really makes me feel relaxed, and felt better later that day..
I can't speak to the other reviews because my experience has been stellar. We had an old broiler system for our radiant heat and hot water system. It failed and JT (the owner) showed up within two hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue but realized we needed a new system. It's 15 years old so I knew it was time and the company is out of business so parts were basically impossible to find. JT understood being without hot water for a couple of weeks would be a challenge. BUT some serious outside the box thinking came into play. There was another project they were removing the same broiler from and going to toss. He drove across town to that project and picked up the unit (that was going to be tossed) and brought over. He took the pieces from the other unit and get ours working until the new unit arrived. I mean come on! Most people would have just shrugged it off with an "it is what it is" type of comment but they went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure we weren't without hot water for more than half a day. We also had a flap unit that failed, so they replaced that. Shortly after that unit was making a horrible noise and they showed up to check it out. Although they could have stuck me with the bill because I think CalAM shut our water off causing that pump to fail they just handled it. As far as pricing, I called around for another bid on my broiler and they were literally 5k less than anyone else.

We have visited here many times. However, this is our first time back since the pandemic. We would have returned earlier. However, the prices have almost doubled. What once was somewhat expensive ($400/night on a weekend) for an Ocean Front Jr. Suite turned into $750-$1,000+ for the same room, depending on times of year.I gave up staying here but stumbled across a "deal" I came across a couple of months ago. It was the same amount as years past. To confirm, they sent an email for 25% off for a stay. Looked up some dates (even the ones we stayed currently) and the cost were again doubled.The only real benefit is access to a beach that no one is on and dog friendly. Just note, what used to be $50/day fee for a dog(s), turned into $50/a day per dog. Also, they started renovating the majority of their Ocean front suites. We got ore of a view of dunes, as well as someone that had a room above us. It sounded like they were running wind sprints. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk, but they are well trained to deflect and not care.
