“The best experience with acupuncture I have ever had. I was struggling especially the day that I saw Dr. Arthur. I had a lot of anxiety and stress that had cause somatic symptoms and I was desperate for help. I found Artupunture and unfortunately they were closed already but I explained my symptoms to Dr. Arthur and he agreed to see me that day. I didn't know what to expect. He spent time talking to me about my symptoms and what he thought would help as well as if I was comfortable with his recommendations. “First and foremost, I do not believe that chiropractors can cure ailments such as blood pressure, allergies, internal organ issues and so forth.It's good for relieving pain that is muscle related for a period of time. You need to go to therapy afterwards and exercise to cure and treat the issue.This place doesn't pretend to do what they do with chiropractic and acupuncture. It serves It's purpose and nothing more. Professional front office as well. It's on the second floor. Stair is ynder Charles Schwab sign. Charging station is right un front of the office.“

“Root Acupuncture Clinic is very nice, clean, and professional! I had pain in my shoulders, back, and right arm/hand that physical therapy and a chiropractor was not fully helping (they did help but I needed something else to help manage the pain). I was skeptical at first but heard great things about acupuncture and saw great reviews for this place too. I was blown away by how effective this acupuncture treatment was and Dr. Kim is so nice! After a few weeks: 1) my shoulders and back were no longer in pain or stiff. 2) My arm and hand stopped having the tingling feeling and cramping too. The office is very easy to work with and I was able to get an appointment quickly (they also ran my insurance before I arrived so I knew what my co-pay would be).
