I’ll would give it a five if they be having pick up line easier than waiting in like every one else. It’s like you bought the product to pick up and go. But how if they be having the lines kinda long.
I was greeted when I walked in and Opal helped me to check out and gave me recommendations (she has great skin!) For a simple face routine also helped me with birthday points and gift I was very happy! I got the Tatcha essence which I'm loving so far.
I visited the downtown LA store and was assisted by Sales Associate Helena. Extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding the cosmetic that I was interested in purchasing. On a scale of 1-10 I give Helena at 10+
