We loved working with Lio. It's so nice to find a dependable and trustworthy technician/contractor in Los Angeles. We just had an HVAC unit replaced at another place so we knew what the pricing should be. We got three quotes. We initially were working with NexGen for our inspection but they were disorganized and also gave us a quote far above market for replacement, whereas LC Heating & Air gave us a quote in line with market. Lio was communicative, knowledgeable, and prompt. We appreciated that he gave us honest advice versus trying to upsell us. We'll be returning to him for maintenance and any HVAC needs. Leo from LC heating and air came out to help me fix my heater Dec 2023. The motor had died, but since it was a fairly new unit he told me the part would probably still be under warranty. He helped explain what he thinks happened, and was very patient with my questions. He was able to get me a new motor and replace it quickly since it was getting very cold in LA! He even came back out recently to help adjust the door so it would stay closed. Appreciate his help and will use his company again if needed!
Wow! That was one of most pleasant experiences. Lior came by to check on one furnace and went above and beyond by doing a full inspection of all the other AC units and furnaces in the building. He took time to explain what he was doing and what I need to do to maintain the unit to avoid future issues. All around a really kind hearted and genuine human. He showed up on time, was very respectful, and did a thorough service (more than what was requested) without charging any extra fee. Highly recommend.
