These guys really came through in the clutch! I locked myself out of my apartment at 9pm. When I called, the dispatcher let me know that someone would be in contact with me within 5 minutes. As advertised, a technician called me within 5 minutes and let me know that they'd be on their way in 10 minutes. They got here as quickly as they promised and got the door unlocked! Life savers! Charged a competitive rate too. Couldn't ask for more.
Locked myself out of my spare bedroom, within 25 minutes of initial call, on a Sunday no less, David and his colleague arrived and had it open in 5 minutes. Both were very polite and gave me great price, total relief!
Mr. Mori let me at my public storage to help remove a lock I had misplaced the key of. He was on time, courteous, and highly skilled at his craft. I highly recommend his professional services. He really is LA's best!
