This was my 9th tattoo and first at Hailin. I highly recommend working with Vincent! I've wanted a koi fish tattoo for years, and I'm thrilled with my piece. I was so pleased with the experience that I've already put in a deposit with Vincent and started planning out the rest of a sleeve. Vincent comes to tattooing with an artist's eye, and his work shows it. You'll be very happy with his layout of your design.
Hailin is the real deal. Best tattoo I have ever gotten. He put my ideas together. Just incredible better than I ever imagined.,don't waste ur time with another artist go see Hailin.
Did a shoulder and chest piece with Gloria and I absolutely loved it. It came out SO well at the end and she was super friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process, which was nice because it was also my first tattoo. Would absolutely come back. Highly recommend :)
